Try a step

One real step from module 4.

Every step in the track runs like this one. Learn, practice with Metatron AI, then a check. It takes about three minutes.

Module 4 · The token is an interest in the vehicle, never the asset itself
Learn

You own a share of the vehicle, not the bricks

In the most common structure, a special-purpose vehicle (SPV) owns the asset. Investors hold tokens that represent interests in that SPV.

The token is the record of ownership and the rail for transfers and distributions. The legal rights come from the SPV's documents.

Try it

Tap each part of the structure to see what it does.

A company or fund set up for this one asset. It signs the contracts and holds the title.

Step 1 of 3 · Learn
What you will be able to do

By the end of the track

Private cohorts for developers, law firms, banks and funds, with case studies built on your own assets under NDA.

  • Decide whether an asset is worth tokenizing, with the numbers to back it.
  • Structure an issuance: the vehicle, the offering regime, the investors and the transfer rules.
  • Build the cost model and the timeline of a real issuance.
  • Choose platform, chain, custody and transfer agent with clear criteria.
  • Run the issuance after launch: reporting, distributions and redemptions.
Capstone

The work you hand in

Take one asset, a building, a debt-fund tranche or company shares, from term sheet to a test issuance: the structure, the cost model and timeline, a permissioned token on a test network with whitelisted investors, a distribution and the first investor report.
